Internet Sales Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply only to on-line purchases from Holders Inc. made through our Internet site at Holders Inc.. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Internet site to purchase services or merchandise ("Product").The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Holders Inc.. Returns and Refunds for On-line Purchases General Merchandise Returns Most merchandise purchased on-line through the Holders Inc. Internet site may be returned provided the Product is accompanied with its original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days from Product receipt by you or a party designated by you to receive the Product. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective. There is a 15% open box fee for the return unless exchanged for that exact item. Opened CD's or books may only be exchanged for the exact same item. Any book or related merchandise returned during the applicable return period, which is defective, will be exchanged for the exact same model at no additional charge to you. For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Mail ReturnsGeneral Merchandise Return Policy Merchandise purchased on-line through Holders Inc., which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). To obtain a RA, email us at returns@Holders Inc..com. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is good for 10 days. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges of a defective product, we will refund shipping charges. Please allow 14 days from when we receive your Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. Order Cancellations We are unable to refund any purchase from the Holders Inc. site from the time your order is placed until your Product is received by you and returned to us. Shipped Products When buying products from Holders Inc., you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. Holders Inc. currently ships orders during normal business days (Monday-Friday). Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Shipping methods will ship within 2 business days from when the order was confirmed. You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Also, please be sure that your ordering information is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. Privacy Policy We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide on-line will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. When you place an order, we ask you to provide information to complete and fill the order by filling out and submitting an on-line form. Holders Inc. sells products intended for purchase by adults. If you make a purchase on Holders Inc..com, you are representing that you are an adult. If you are a child under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using Holders Inc.. Guaranteed Secure Shopping When buying from us on-line, you can shop with confidence. While no one can make an absolute statement that communications are 100% secure from every invasive apparatus or technique, we use industry standard encryption technology and secure commerce servers to maintain security of your personal information on-line. Ordering Information and Payment Methods We are not liable for orders that we cannot fulfill due to causes beyond our control or for incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by you or someone acting for you, including your Internet service provider, at the time your order is placed. Such information includes but is not limited to partial or incorrect credit or payment information. At Holders Inc., for your convenience we accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® and American Express®. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple Products in a single order; however, we can only accept one form of payment for each order. We are unable to accept cash, checks, or gift certificates for online purchases, nor do we accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers for such purchases. When using your card, first enter your name exactly as it appears on the card. Then fill out your card billing address as it appears on your credit card account statement and list the phone numbers that are on file with your credit card company. If you have already registered with Holders Inc. and have signed in with us, this information will be filled in automatically. It's easy to change or make corrections to this information by simply highlighting the information you want to change and typing in the new information. Disclaimer of warranty for Holders Inc. site We provide our site and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product or service, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, unless otherwise stated herein. We endeavor to accurately describe every Product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in Product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. On-line sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.
